The white painted fibro-cement house in this suburban street represents a type of modest architecture indigenous to the Mornington Peninsula. Despite the fondness some people have for these buildings the use of asbestos in their cladding means that the cute appearance belies a sinister aspect possibly suggested by the pale featureless depiction of this house.
